My dear friend came to me to find a condo for her. We started house hunting right away. We looked at several properties. Meanwhile, one of the Sellers I helped with contacted me for help with a small thing and it made me remember after the sale of her property she told me that one of her relatives might be selling her property in the future. Just like the property I helped her to sell, it's a mixed-use property, which has a commercial space on the first floor. This would totally fit my friend's needs. I requested the Seller to contact her relative for me to see if that relative was interested in selling the property now. They got back to me and said yes. The Buyer fell in love with the property at the very first visit.
